We understand that construction can do more than build places to live. It can bring a community to life.

Maintaining our own construction company also allows us to minimize overhead and perform contracting functions more efficiently and economically. In addition, FRC is committed to building energy efficient and sustainable housing that reduces both current and future operating costs and that benefits the environment.

— SPRINGFIELD, MA —

“I remember walking Federal and Worthington Street where Gordon had started the work. This says it all – areas that were untouched compared to areas where First Resources had done over…It was night and day! It’s not only the construction but the history and getting the community involved as part of the solution. Gordon gets it.”

Domenic Sarno, Mayor, City of Springfield
