FRC Real Estate Positions
Property Manager
POSITION TYPE: FULL TIME
SALARY RANGE: $55,000-$65,000 (SALARY/YEAR)
Experience: Qualified candidate must have 3+ years experience in Property Management as well as knowledgeable in all aspects of site operations. Must be familiar with w/ Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, HUD and/or Public Housing Programs. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will effectively manage all property operations and the overall direction of the site office, Manage the rental programs following company, HUD, and LIHTC, and/or Public Housing guidelines to assure eligibility for continued occupancy. Other responsibilities include oversight of building, grounds maintenance and security of property. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Assistant Property Manager
POSITION TYPE: FULL TIME
SALARY RANGE: $23HR-$25HR (HOURLY)
Experience: Ideal candidate must have 1 3+ years of property management experience. Previous experience in Low Income Housing Tax Credit, Project Based Section 8 and/or Public Housing programs. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities: Our Assistant Property Managers assistant with the daily operation of the site, about staff supervision, rent collection, resident relations, and oversight of the occupancy and recertification process as well as responsible for direct communication ng with applicant//residents answering their questions an assessing their needs.
Recertification Specialist
POSITION TYPE: FULL TIME
SALARY RANGE: $23HR-$25HR (HOURLY)
Experience: Ideal Candidate must have knowledge of subsidy regulations including but not limited to Project Based Section 8, Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, as well as Public Housing Programs. Possess strong organizational skills, good communication skills, both oral and written and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities: Recertification Specialist is responsible for a wide range of activities related to conducting resident/applicant interviews for determining and documenting applicant/resident eligibility, income, rent and our contractual obligations. Completing annual re examinations /interim re certifications within required timeframe.
Administrative Assistant
POSITION TYPE: FULL TIME
SALARY RANGE: $20HR-$21HR (HOURLY)
Experience: The ideal candidate for this role will be energetic and detail oriented utilizing those skills to assist with keeping the day to day functions of the site management office. High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to work in a fast passed environment, communicate effectively both oral and written. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include answering multi line phone system and greet applicants, residents and guests, in a professional manner. Providing front desk coverage including but not limited to, taking work orders, maintaining waiting list, distribute mail, filing, updating daily required logs.
Senior Maintenance Technician
POSITION TYPE: FULL TIME
SALARY RANGE: $30HR (HOURLY)
Experience: Qualified candidate should have 3+ years of related maintenance experience as well as supervisory experience.
Responsibilities: The Sr. Maintenance Technician will oversee the Maintenance/Cleaning Staff. Responsible for apartment turnovers up to company standards, completing all work necessary to return vacated apartments to their original state, quickly and efficiently. Perform site work orders, which includes performing minor plumbing, electrical, & carpentry, repairing drywall, painting, changing light fixtures and light bulbs in hallways, shoveling snow, shampooing carpets, repairing doors, changing locks, etc. Responsible for oversite of Housing Authority Inspections including but not limited to determining the necessary scope of work to ensure unit(s) pass inspection. Required to be available to respond to emergencies. Position requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving/carrying (light to heavy weight material, appliances, equipment) climbing ladders/stairs, and walking on rooftops.
Maintenance Technician
POSITION TYPE: FULL TIME
SALARY RANGE: $24HR-$25HR (HOURLY)
Experience: Qualified candidate should have 3+ years of related maintenance experience. High School Diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities: Perform various maintenancefunctions including minor repairs in the followingareas: general electrical and plumbing, appliances, flooring, painting, and general carpentry duties such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and ceramic tile repair. Responsible for apartment turnovers to ensure they are up to company standards quickly and efficiently to avoid any rent loss. Position requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching,pushing/pulling, lifting/moving/carrying (light to heavy weight material, appliances, equipment) climbing ladders/stairs, and walking on rooftops.
Cleaner/Groundskeeper
POSITION TYPE: FULL TIME
SALARY RANGE: $20HR (HOURLY)
Experience: Qualified candidate must have 3+ years of related maintenance experience. High School Diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include removal of debris, rubbish and trash in all common areas. Washing windows, cleaning/vacuuming hallways and building entrances; sweep and mop floors of entranceways, laundry, community rooms. Assist with cleaning vacant apartments for move ins, including cleaning all appliances, floors, cabinets, bathrooms, doors and closets. Responsible for assisting with snow removal services including shoveling snow, spreading ice melt, etc. to assure walkways are adequately maintained and safe for residents/guests. Position requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving/carrying (light to heavy weight material, appliances, equipment) climbing ladders/stairs, and walking on rooftops.
